A wonderful Victorian milliner's hat stretcher! The awesome piece is fully functional and has a wonderful deep rich age patina. It is unmarked but is believed to originate in England.

The piece is in very good vintage condition with a rich patina and some nicks here and there. It looks exactly how you'd want it to look and it looks fabulous when displayed. I works very smoothly.
